In an Emergency 

**FOR PATIENTS OF THE PRACTICE ONLY**

If you have a problem during surgery hours, please telephone as close to 8.30am as possible to ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis for that day. The later you contact the practice, the less likely it is that we will have any appointments left, and you may be advised to call back at 8.30am the following morning. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays by calling our practice and following our answerphone instructions.

At the Dental Centre, we take privacy relating to patient data seriously. We will comply with best professional practice, General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018.
